Our prayer for today is a prayer based on Romans 9: 19-33
Holy and loving God, today we offer this confession: there are days when we want to tell you how our lives should go. We dismiss how you have created us, and push against the gifts and graces you have placed in our lives. Whether gifts are for special purposes or just common everyday situations. You have called us your people, so let our faith draw others and ourselves to the love of Christ, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
